At least, I'm always available on the weekend as a back up driver for the busy season Sir! I do drive around all day, everyday in the five boroughs because of my work so I'm a very solid driver. ALL BORROWED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING RADIO BATTERIES MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF YOUR TOUR!!!!! Also, all garbage including water bottles must be removed from the van at the end of tour. Failure to do either of the above will result in van privileges being taken away. We are all adults here so no one should have to clean up after any one else. ALL OFFICERS INCLUDING SUPERVISORS ARE TO FILL OUT ALL INFORMATION ON THE APS-10 SHEET BEFORE LEAVING THE COMMAND FOR PATROL AND OR DETAILS. ALL OFFICERS INCLUDING SUPERVISORS MUST ALSO SIGN OUT ON THE 10 SHEET AT THE END OF TOUR. Failure to sign out on the 10 sheet equal you not getting hours for your patrol! This is unacceptable and inexcusable. I have been instructed to NOT give anyone hours if you have not signed out on the 10 sheet! Also, failure to sign out your equipment will result in a CD. The days of missing paper work and information are over folks, this should not be happening In This command. Also, Supervisors you are responsible for making sure everyone has a EOT time listed on the 10 sheet!

I just want to thank all the officers that showed up to assist with this detail yesterday. Trust me when I say our help was needed and appreciated. The bosses from our command and COT are extremely great full for our assistance. The cops from our command are also happy with our assistance because they know we know the job and makes things a lot easier for them. We defiantly once again saved the day.

This is a reminder that the EOT (end of tour) time should be no later than 2300 Hours during routine patrol. That means you should be dressed and walking out of the command at that time to go home NOT coming in from patrol at that time. ...who did an excellent job all day controlling extremely heavy pedestrian traffic in the hot sun at the end point of the parade - including freezing the intersection for the Mayor's departure from the parade route (that's getting to be a habit, xrf Sikh parade): APOs Nguyen, Ruiz,G., and Zyryku. Thanks also to the others who came to back us up for the last hour or so.
