I'll be at the Castle at 1800 on Thursday for patrol. And on SUNDAY, ADI Quinones and I roll out at 0900 to help protect the Easter Parade in the vicinity of St. Patrick's Cathedral. Staying fit and healthy is not only important for our safety on the streets but also for general health and happiness. Come out and kickstart your workout! We meet Sundays for 8-10AM and you will get hours for your time. We will be working toward completing the NYS law enforcement physical standard for your age group. If you are thinking of becoming a police officer, this is a chance for you to get tuned up. Our goal is to get as many people as we can to meet the minimum standard. WE MEET SUNDAYS 8-10 AM. BE DRESSED IN WORKOUT GEAR AND READY TO GO AT THE BASE THIS SUNDAY. COME ON CTTF!!! LET'S GET FIT!!!!! POST IF YOU ARE IN!!!!!!
