DET. GREEN MONDAY 11-06-2013 2:18:47 PM EST MONDAY, 1000 HRS. Who is coming in to honor our troops?
DET. GREEN MONDAY: 1000 hrs!!!!!!! 11-06-2013 12:42:36 PM EST MONDAY: Ladies and Gents, you are very lucky to be living in the United States. Far too many people take this country and the men and women of our armed forces for granted. The truth is that less than 1% of this countries population serves in the armed forces. Yes, less than 1%. 48 million Americans have served in the 5 branches throughout history. Many of those who have served made the ultimate sacrifice. Their families made the ultimate sacrifice. We get one day to thank these soldiers. 1 day out of 365 to say, "Thank you." Thats all. As a member of the military myself, I can honestly say that we do not do it for the thank you. We do it because it is the right thing to do and we know that someone must carry on the tradition of fighting for our freedom. We do it for the love of our country. We do it for you. We are not looking for a thank you but, it is still nice to get one. So, as you sit there, wherever you may be while you are reading this, consider getting your lucky rear ends in on Monday to work this wonderful detail and say THANK YOU to our true American Heroes. The CTTF thanks every single member of THE U.S. MARINE CORPS, THE U.S. ARMY, THE U.S. AIRFORCE, THE U.S. NAVY AND THE U.S. COAST GUARD!!! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU, GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS, AND MAY GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! MOTIVATED, DEDICATED, PROUD. WE ARE THE CTTF!!!!
Outside Looking In 11-06-2013 7:45:15 AM EST A little history lesson: Chief Tuller has been a long time supporter of the Auxiliary Program, surely since his time of being the Commanding Officer of Patrol Borough Queens North. The Chief hosted well received training sessions for APO's concerning tactics and safety after APS declined to do so. Also, the ideas for a response type unit were formed and tested at PBQN, ultimately leading to where you are now.
Congratulations and best wishes to the Chief.
A/SGT MCSWEENEY IrwinMcsweeney@yahoo.com 11-05-2013 10:20:56 PM EST To everyone that is coming in on Wednesday 11/06/2013 at 1530 hours. I will see you there cttf.
DET. GREEN CONGRATS TO CHIEF TULLER!!!!! 11-05-2013 4:11:42 PM EST Puerto Rico is turning to a New York official to lead its troubled police department. James Tuller Cintron has been selected to be the next superintendent of police by Puerto Rico Gov. Alejandro Garcia Padilla. Tuller is chief of the transportation bureau for the New York Police Department. The governor introduced Tuller at a news conference Monday in San Juan. Tuller was born in New York but lived in Puerto Rico as a child. He has had a long law enforcement career in New York. Tuller starts his new job Dec. 1. He replaces Hector Pesquera, a former FBI official who announced his resignation on Thursday after less than two years on the job. Puerto Rico's police force is struggling with low morale, high crime and federally mandated reforms. CONGRATS TO CHIEF TULLER!!!! The Chief has been very much responsible for the success of this unit. His support created this monster of a unit. The CTTF Auxiliary Unit thanks him and his staff for everything and we wish him luck as the Leader of the Puerto Rican Police Department. FIDELIS AD MORTEM!!!!

C.O. Conna Almanac of Theodore Roosevelt 11-05-2013 11:00:51 AM EST "One of the things which attracted me so greatly to Masonry, that I hailed the chance of becoming a Mason, was that it really did live up to what we as a government are pledged to - of treating each man on his merits and as a man.... Masonry should make and must make each man who conscientiously and understandingly takes up his obligations the best type of American citizen, because Masonry teaches him his obligations to his fellows in a practical fashion."
- T.R. at the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania on 150th Anniversary of George Washington's Apprenticeship into Masonry, on 5 November 1902
A/PO Cosme Next Monday: Veterans Day Parade 11-05-2013 9:46:03 AM EST The spirit of service. That's what the Veteran's Day Parade is all about. Why did the members of this unit come together to run and volunteer for the Tunnel To Towers Run? To honor the men and women who have served in our armed forces. Next Monday, get in and uphold the tradition of our nation. Do what's right by your fellow countrymen and women. We've had large turnouts lately, so I hope to see as many of you there as possible. Be proud of your country and your service to your city. Let's go CTTF!!!

DET. GREEN HERE WE GO!!!!! 11-04-2013 2:12:45 PM EST ATTENTION: It is now November 4th and the planning has begun officially for the next few HUGE details. For the next 2 months, we are going to be asked to step it up. The work will be tough but fulfilling as we work some of NYC's greatest events. This Month alone we will be asked to work the VETERANS DAY PARADE, BALLOON BLOW UP DETAIL, AND THANKSGIVING. December, we will be asked to work tthe ROCK CENTER TREE LIGHTING, HOLIDAY POSTS (EVERY WEEKEND, DAY AND NIGHT), AND NEW YEARS EVE. These details are fun and exciting but they are also the real deal. These details have been rocked by this unit in the past and we will continue to prove that we are the best every time we take the street. I am asking for full cooperation. I AM ASKING FOR EVERYONE TO WORK EITHER THANKSGIVING OR THE BLOW UP DETAIL. I AM ASKING EVERYONE TO WORK BOTH THE TREE LIGHTING AND NEW YEARS DETAILS. IT IS TIME TO STEP IT UP!!! IT IS TIME TO DO WHAT WE DO. IT IS TIME TO BE WHO WE ARE!!!! MOTIVATED, DEDICATED, PROUD. SETTING THE STANDARD AND MAKING A DIFFERENCE. WE ARE THE CTTF!!!!!

C.O. Conna Almanac of Theodore Roosevelt 11-04-2013 12:40:27 PM EST "Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty. No kind of life is worth leading if it is always an easy life. . . . I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life; I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well."
