A/PO  "SCORPION" PHAN, A/PO "ASIAN SENSATION" LAO and A/PO ADAM McKEW, RN

For the last year, A/PO's Phan and Lao have been the most consistent members of this command putting in hundreds of hours and assisting when it counts.  They are both being recognized this month for their outstanding performance.  The members of the CTTF should look at these members as huge assets to this command.  They constantly keep a positive attitude and always show up ready for action.  CONGRATS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

JULY 2012

A/PO KAREN "SNIPER" THOMAS

Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Students of leadership have produced theories involving traits,[2] situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values,[3] charisma, and intelligence, among others. Somebody whom people follow: somebody who guides or directs others. Leadership is A/PO Sniper Thomas!!! A/PO Sniper is the first RECRUIT to win this award. A/PO Thomas, now a full A/PO became an instant leader in her recruit class and a huge motivator. Since graduation, she has been killing the hours racking up almost 50 hours for the month of August. Remember, it is only the 13th. A/PO Thomas has been a huge positive influence to everyone including myself. I received a letter from A/PO Sniper while I was in Boot Camp. Her words lifted my spirit and helped me through a very tough time. She is full of motivation, dedication, and pride. She is commited to this unit and has some great ideas on how to take us to the next level. We are very lucky to have her on board. It is my pleasure to present the MEMBER OF THE MONTH AWARD FOR THE MONTH OF JULY TO A/PO "SNIPER" THOMAS!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT ATTITUDE AND THE GREAT WORK. KEEP LEADING THE WAY!!! KEEP SETTING THE STANDARD. CONGRATS!
